Ghost
Element Ghost adalah 1 dari 10 elemental properties di Ragnarok Online. Juga dikenal dengan sebutan immaterial. Elemen Ghost selain kuat untuk menerima serangan dari elemen Netral elemen ini juga lemat untuk menyerang lawan yang memiliki elemen Netral. Elemen Ghost sangat kuat melawan elemen Undead, namun lemah dengan jiak berhadapan dengan elemen Ghost sendiri. Senjata dapat dimasukkan element ghost dengan menggunakan 
Cursed Water selama 180 detik.

Cards

Weapon
- Mao Guai Card: Increases damage on Ghost property entities by 20%.
Armor
- Ghostring Card: Endows the armor with the Level 1 Ghost property.
- Naght Sieger Card: Increases Ghost property magic damage by 30%.
Garment
- Marionette Card: Decreases Ghost property damage by 30%.
- Whisper Card: Increases damage from Ghost property entities by 50%.
Accessory
- Elvira Card: Increases Ghost element magic attack by 20%.
Catatan
Wearing ghost elemental armor will reduce damage from player neutral attacks and skills (such as Acid Bomb, Gates of Hell, Guillotine Fist). However, it WILL NOT reduce neutral autoattacks and skills from monsters (except Earthquake) because monster's 'neutral' attack considered as nonelemental and reducable by Raydric Card, Deviling Card, Noxious Card, Vali Manteau and other gears/cards that modify neutral property damage.
