Sightless Mind (Alt: Raid) is a 2nd class offensive skill available as Rogue and Stalker.
Effect
Inflicts Melee Physical Damage to all enemies in a 7x7 area around the user. It has a chance of leaving them blind or stunned. This skill can only be used with Hiding active, which is canceled afterwards.
