Tarot Card of Fate (Alt: Tarot Card of Fate) is a Transcendent 2^nd class active skill available as Minstrel and Gypsy.

Effect

Draws a tarot card over a single target, which has a chance of triggering a special effect depending on the card drawn.

64px	The Lovers	Teleports the target to a random location on the same map and heal the user by 2,000 HP.
64px	Wheel of Fortune	Randomly causes the effects of two other tarot cards.
64px	The Hanged Man	Leaves the target frozen, petrified or stopped.
64px	Temperance	Leaves the target confused for 30 seconds.
64px	The Devil	Inflicts 6,666 fixed damage, halves attack and magic attack for 30 seconds and leaves the target cursed.

Notes

• The target cannot reduce the chance of effect of this skill, but its resistance to Status Effects (e.g. Curse, Poison, Stone, etc.) is taken into account.
• Should this skill fail, the SP Cost is not applied but Cast Delay is.
• Since the damage of some tarot cards is fixed, it bypasses Pneuma and is not reduced in the War of Emperium.
